Join our guided online journey into dream awareness with weekly live teachings (recordings included), intimate Dream Salons, and our supportive WhatsApp community.​ A 2 part series to begin and to deepen your spiritual practice.

Weekly Online Classes - Tuesdays- 10am PST | 1pm EST | 6pm BST

Our unique approach combines practical techniques, based on scientific grounding, and yogic wisdom to awaken the dreamer within. Ideal for all dreamers and non dreamers alike, dream yoga trains your brain as you sleep.

Dream Yoga enhances neural plasticity, boosts creativity, and supports a deeply restorative night’s rest. By awakening lucidity in both waking and dreaming states, it helps you face your fears, problem solve, develop emotional resilience, and experience greater inner freedom.

 

A 2-part Online Program -

  • Creative Dream Planning, setting clear intentions that lead to increased clarity.

Part A includes:

  1. A nightly sleep routine + dream practice to begin. 

  2. Develop the habit and ability to recall your dreams and record them as you wake up.

  5. Introduction to dream yoga as a spiritual practice.​

Part B includes:

  1. Dream yoga as an advanced spiritual practice.​ Transforming consciousness, enhancing awareness.

  2. Waking-Life Changes; increased mindfulness, heightened introspective awareness, stress reduction.

  3. Presence of specific dream yoga markers: awareness of dreaming.

  4. Illusory form recognition, and inner transformation.

  5. Advanced experience of resting in clear-light dream state.

 

PLUS* Ongoing weekly support:

  • Recorded Live 90 minute Sessions: Tuesdays 10am PST | 1pm EST | 6pm GMT.

  • Available on demand as a self paced option if live times don't suit  your schedule / timezone. 

  • Dream Salons: additional gathering on Saturdays to meet, share insights and check in as a group (not recorded). We will pay attention to thematic correlations which commonly appear among participants, especially when they practice similar meditation and dream-awareness techniques.

  • Dreamers Toolkit: Includes Guided Meditations / Lucid Dream Induction  / Dream Yoga Initiation / Weekly practices and notes - downloadable audio tracks & pdf's - are included as part of your dreamers toolkit.

​​Practice: stability in lucid dreams. Reality check tracker + 10-min daily awareness meditation. Recurring themes.

Ritual: Protective oils & mala mantra before bed. Signs you’re dreaming & reality checks (hands, clocks, mirrors)

The Four Stages of Dream Yoga: From Lucidity to Transformation

Lesson:

  • Becoming lucid is the first step.

Practice:  Once lucid, gently play: fly, change the scene as the dream reality is created by mind.

Ritual: “This too is like a dream.” Changing your perception of reality.

Rituals: Non-dual insights. Sense the awareness in which the dream appears: as a boundary-less presence that is also aware right now.
