Mindfulness practices will leave you feeling recharged, more focused and will significantly improve your life. Whilst training yourself to slow down and focus on the present moment may be at odds within our fast-paced culture of getting as much done in as little time as possible, it’s been shown that multitasking is in fact, not as effective as being mindful.
