Our Private Retreat House is set on its own exotic 20 acre wild woodland garden on the shores of Bantry Bay, offering beautiful sea views, with direct private access to the water and every modern comfort you can imagine. Each morning we will rise with the sun to meditate and do some gentle yoga and pranayama to start the day. After a leisurely breakfast of fresh local produce there is plenty of time to relax, swim in the sea or explore the surrounding woodland before we begin our daily sessions.
