Since the beginning of the March 2020 lockdown due to Covid-19 I have been offering free guided meditations online, which is affectionately known now as the Alone Together Meditation Series. (Listen to some of the recordings below.)


These are weekly Live Guided Meditations on Zoom in collaboration with McLean Meditation Institute. It started out with a two week schedule but as the Global situation continues to disrupt life as we know it and the lockdowns were extended, we answered the call by extending the series as necessary, due to the huge demand.
