Definition of mindfulness is, “simply being present on purpose without judgement.”

This is a two part series developed in 2020 by Suzi and is available as a group workshop, in person, or as an online program. The Mindful Living program is a very popular group workshop for people from all walks of life, age and ability. It is the ideal place to start Mindful Living.

Mindful Living is a component of our Mindfulness@work program. We also offer mindfulness for employees and offer Corporate presentations.

Mindful Living Online Course

Mindfulness practices will leave you feeling recharged, more focused and will significantly improve your life. Whilst training yourself to slow down and focus on the present moment may be at odds within our fast-paced culture of getting as much done in as little time as possible, it’s been shown that multitasking is in fact, not as effective as being mindful. There is increasing evidence that living more mindfully results in more efficiency, better decision making, and better overall health.

Session One - Keep Calm And Carry On Living 

This session covers a basic overview of the benefits of mindfulness as it relates to maintaining physical and mental wellbeing. It’s also an introduction to the key mindfulness practices that help to achieve stress reduction and increased self-awareness. Learn about the connection between mindfulness and well-being and how your practice can help you to be calmer and clearer.

Session Two -Enhance your Creativity & Focus 

In this session you’ll discover two categories of meditation/mindfulness practices: open awareness and focused awareness. You’ll also learn the way your brain works, how mindfulness can change your brain, and thus, change the way you think. Discover how mindfulness can help you to be more creative and productive by going off-line giving you the space and time for creativity.
