AWAKENING in the Dream 

Waking in the Dream is a 4-part journey into the ancient practice of Dream Yoga — awakening awareness within the dream and sleep states.
Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and gentle teachings, you’ll learn to bring mindfulness, creativity, and compassion into every level of consciousness — waking, dreaming, and deep sleep.

This course invites you to rest more deeply than ever before while expanding your capacity for insight, emotional healing, and inner freedom.

Whether you’re new to lucid dreaming or a seasoned meditator, this experience helps you explore the subtle art of being awake even while you dream.

​Welcome to Dream Academy, our night school for dreamers, practicing dream yoga to train your brain as you sleep. Our unique approach combines practical techniques, based on scientific grounding, and yogic wisdom to awaken the dreamer within. This approach enhances neural-plasticity and creativity as well as a transformative night's rest. Awakening lucidity in both your waking and dreaming states.​
