AWAKENING in the Dream
Waking in the Dream is a 4-part journey into the ancient practice of Dream Yoga — awakening awareness within the dream and sleep states.
Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and gentle teachings, you’ll learn to bring mindfulness, creativity, and compassion into every level of consciousness — waking, dreaming, and deep sleep.
This course invites you to rest more deeply than ever before while expanding your capacity for insight, emotional healing, and inner freedom.
