Together we’ll create a calm, grounded space where your body’s wisdom can be heard. In this 1:1 session, Suzi combines Ayurvedic wisdom with intuitive listening to help you understand what’s asking for attention right now—so you can move forward with clarity, softness, and practical support. In our time together, we may explore: - What your body and energy have been communicating (examining sleep patterns, digestion, stress, mood, cycles) - The patterns you’re ready to release, and what you’re ready to nourish - Ayurvedic guidance that feels supportive (not rigid) - A simple, soul-aligned daily rhythm that meets you where you are You’ll leave with: - Clear, compassionate next steps - A personalised routine (morning / evening rituals / practices) - Practical guidance to support your vitality with a steady grounded approach Good to know: Duration: 60 minutes Price: €90 Online session (Zoom) Bring a notebook, some tea or water and come as you are. I’ll reflect back what I’m hearing and ask gentle questions to help reveal the deeper pattern underneath the symptoms or stuckness. 3) Ayurvedic lens (15 mins) We explore what your body may be asking for through an Ayurvedic perspective—energy, digestion, sleep, nervous system, seasons, and daily rhythm—so it feels clear and grounded (not overwhelming). 4) Clarity + priorities (10 mins) We choose the few most supportive shifts for right now—what to focus on first, and what can wait.
