Airports nearby: Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LPL) is 80 miles away. Manchester (MAN) is 100 miles. Railway Station: Bangor (Gwynedd). Bus T10 departs from railway station.
Our Soul Awakening weekend commences at 4pm on Friday 14th and completes at 1:30pm on Sunday 16th November.
Arrange your travel to arrive at the Mountain Lodge by 4pm. We can help you plan your journey, and provide detailed driving directions.
We will also provide you with more information to help you pack and prepare for your retreat.

Ayurveda Practitioner - Chopra Yoga & Meditation Instructor. Experienced Retreat Facilitator - Suzi blends ancient wisdom with a modern lighthearted style that inspires and transforms lives. She crafts wellness retreats that are tailored to her guests, meeting them where they are.

Pallavi Dodia
An ambassador of healthy living, a Master Yoga teacher and specialist physiotherapist. Her cultural ties to the ancient Yogic practices in her motherland India paved the way. An intuitive and receptive instructor she blends Himalayan Kriya Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga as per the individuals’ goals.
