Do you struggle with making decisions and trusting your own instincts?​
Trust is developed over time, as you practice and explore the information available to you in each moment you develop your inner knowing. As you learn to trust your intuition and listen to your inner voice you will notice that the energy you feel supports your gut instinct, by following that energy moment to moment, and trusting that it will lead you where you want to go.
