Service Description
This Is A Two-Part Journey Into Conscious Dreaming | Deepening Awareness As You Sleep Dream Yoga is a guided practice that helps you become aware within your dreams and use that awareness for healing, gaining insight, and transformation. This two-part Dream Yoga journey is designed to help you consciously engage with your dream state as a daily and nightly practice. You’ll learn how to cultivate awareness in your dreams, strengthen recall on waking, and work directly with what arises—turning your inner world into a powerful path of self-discovery. Session One: Foundations of Dream Yoga - Clarity. Intention. Practice. In this first session, we lay the groundwork for your Dream Yoga practice. You’ll gain a clear understanding of how to work with your dreams consciously and begin building the skills needed to access lucidity. We will: - Clarify your intention for Dream Yoga (healing, insight, transformation) - Learn techniques to improve dream recall - Explore practices to increase awareness and lucidity in dreams - Establish a simple, consistent nightly routine - Receive a guided Dream Yoga practice You’ll receive: A guided meditation practice (audio file) A PDF toolkit to support dream recall and build consistency Clear steps to integrate the practice into daily life Deepen your Dream Yoga practice with personalised guidance Session Two: Integration & Deepening - Insight. Transformation. Continuation. In this follow-up session, we explore what has emerged through your dream practice. Together, we work with the material you’ve recorded to uncover deeper meaning and support ongoing transformation. We will: Explore recurring themes, symbols, and dream fragments Gently work with fears or unresolved material arising in dreams Reflect on any lucid dreaming experiences Identify what is seeking your attention Session One builds the foundation with clear intention, practical tools, and a nightly routine. Session Two deepens the work, exploring dream material and integrating insight. You’ll leave with an embodied, ongoing practice. Duration: 1.5 hours per session | 2 Sessions Self Paced - schedule the follow up session when you are ready.
