Dream Yoga

Awaken While You Sleep.

Rest deeply. Dream with clarity. Discover the part of you that never sleeps.

Dream Yoga — Who It's For

Dream Yoga is an ancient contemplative practice, here it has been reframed for modern life.

Over eight weeks, you'll learn to bring mindful awareness into your waking life, your dreams, and even deep sleep — by training your mind while your body rests.

Blending scientific grounding with yogic wisdom, it's for anyone curious about their inner world.

Improve your memory with dream recall practices and sleep soundly as you become lucid and aware that you are dreaming.

No experience is needed; so whether you've never remembered a dream or you're already an experienced lucid dreamer, this is a transformational advanced practice worth exploring.

 What You'll Experience

Deeper, more restorative sleep and a natural rise in dream recall.

The tools to become lucid in your dreams — and the wisdom to know what to do once you're there.

Greater emotional resilience, less anxiety around difficult dreams, and a gentler relationship with fear.

A quiet shift in your waking days: more presence, more stillness, a mind less gripped by what it once believed was solid.

The Pathway

01

Prepare to Sleep, Perchance to Dream

Build the foundations. Understand what dreams are, start a dream practice, and learn the techniques — reality checks, intention-setting, gentle sleep rituals — that open the door to lucidity.

02

Access the Content of Your Dreams, Intentionally

Move beyond simply knowing you're dreaming. Learn to meet fear with curiosity, work with recurring dream symbols, and explore the traditional stages of Dream Yoga — recognising, transforming, and ultimately seeing through the dream itself.

03

Living the Dream in the Waking State

This is where the practice comes home. The real measure of Dream Yoga isn't what happens while you sleep — it's what changes while you're awake.

You'll learn to carry the insight "this too is like a dream" into your ordinary hours: into how you meet stress, react to old patterns, and hold on to what you think is solid.

Daytime mindfulness becomes the seed for nighttime lucidity, and nighttime lucidity, in turn, softens how you view your waking life.

"When you develop lucidity in your dreams, you develop lucidity in your life."
